A professional approach to the maintenance of air filtration equipment

I. First of all, carefully check whether the connections of the cartridge and other parts of the equipment are firm and well used and if abnormalities are found, notify the professional maintenance personnel for inspection and repair in time;

II. The bearings, piston rods, and other important parts of the equipment should be carefully checked to ensure the cleanliness, lubrication, and flexibility of each part;

III. For the entire equipment to be insulated, reliability testing, if found by the components caused by the operation of the accuracy of deviation or inflexible phenomenon, but also to promptly notify the professional staff for maintenance;

IV. Regularly check the sealing surface of the filter plate and diaphragm plate in the equipment to ensure that the surface is smooth and clean, and the filter cloth must be carefully checked before pressing to ensure that there is no folding, no breakage, no slagging, and that it is smooth and intact so that the filtration effect can be guaranteed;

V. If a piece of equipment is not used for a long time, the filter cloth and diaphragm plate should be cleaned in time and stored after drying;

VI. Note that the power supply must be disconnected when dismantling the equipment module.
