I. Product characteristics and use

A common high-efficiency air filter is a kind of air filtration equipment in the clean system, it can filter the particles of 0.3μm in the air with an efficiency of 99.99% or more.
It is mainly used in high-cleanliness industries such as electronics, medicine, food, and precision instruments.
Its transportation and installation must be carried out in strict accordance with this requirement to ensure that the filter can be used correctly and reasonably.


II. Handling and storage

1. In the process of handling, it must be carried in the diagonal direction of the box.
The person carrying the filter must be careful to prevent the filter from sliding and damaging the screen during handling.
 
2. No external force of more than 20kg should be applied to the filter.
When handling, hands and other objects should never collide with the filter material.
If the filter material is accidentally touched, it should be scanned again, even if there is no damage visually.

3. The storage location should be a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment with little difference in temperature and humidity.

4. Storage periods of more than three years should be re-tested.


III. Installation and adjustment

1. The filter should be installed in a normal temperature, normal pressure, and normal humidity environment.
If the working conditions are poor, the life of the filter will be shortened, and it will not even work properly after installation.
Before installation, the appearance of the filter should be tested for deformation, damage, and damage to the filter material, and if the above situation is found, contact the company in time.

2. The sealing between the filter and the installation frame (or box) must be noted during the installation process.
To ensure the sealing performance of the filter and the installation box, it is recommended to use the gasket provided by our company.

3. When replacing the filter, the inside wall of the static pressure box or air supply duct must be thoroughly wiped clean to avoid rust and dust particles on the wall of the box falling on the filter and causing damage to the filter material.

4. When installing the filter, make sure to pay attention to the airflow direction of the filter, which can be installed according to the wind direction mark on the filter label.
The direction of the arrow is the air outlet side of the filter.

5. When installing the filter, use your hands to hold the surrounding frame and slowly move it into the air outlet, do not use your hands or head to hold the filter material, so as not to break the filter material and affect the filtration efficiency.

IV. Service life and maintenance

1. In general, when the final resistance of the filter is 2 times the initial resistance, it should be replaced.

2. Normally, the cleanliness of the clean area should be tested regularly, and the data tested should meet the design requirements of the clean plant.
If it does not meet the requirements, the filter should be scanned and the sealing of the system should be checked.
If the filter is leaking, it should be glued or replaced.
When the system is used again after a long period of disuse, the clean room should be scanned.

3. To prolong the service life of the filter, the coarse and medium efficiency filters should be replaced frequently during operation.


V. Filter replacement cycle


Primary filter
The resistance has exceeded the rated initial resistance by about 60 Pa, or equal to 2 x design or operating initial resistance
Replace once in 1-2 months

Medium efficiency filters
Resistance has exceeded the rated primary resistance of about 80 Pa, or equal to 2× design or operation Operating initial resistance
Replace once in 2-4 months

Sub-efficient filters
The resistance has exceeded the rated initial resistance of about 100 Pa, or equal to 2 x design domain operation initial resistance (low resistance sub 3 times higher efficiency)
Replace once in 6-8 months

High efficiency filters
Resistance has exceeded the rated initial resistance of about 160 Pa, or equal to 2 x design or operating initial resistance
Replace once in more than 3 years
