1. First of all, check the color of the upper and lower filter media of the air filter, if the color of the filter media becomes black, it means that it should be replaced in time;

2. Gently touch the air outlet of the air filter with your hand, if you feel that the dust is thicker, it needs to be replaced;

3. Regularly record the replacement status and events of the air filter to find out a better replacement cycle;

4. In the case that the air filter does not reach the final resistance, and the differential pressure in the room has dropped significantly, it is possible that the resistance of the filter is too large and needs to be replaced in time.

Regular maintenance of the air filter can also effectively improve the service life of the FFU fan filter unit, which is a good way to save costs for the companies that use it, so what do you need to pay attention to in the specific maintenance?

1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter replacement cycle is generally: 1 - 6 months for primary efficiency, 6 - 12 months for high efficiency;

2. Generally use the dust particle counter every two months to determine the cleanliness of the clean area, when the measured results and the specified cleanliness do not match, the reason should be promptly identified, if it is because of the failure of the high-efficiency filter, it should be replaced promptly;

3. The replacement of the high-efficiency filter should be carried out with a stop;

4. Note that the filter paper should be intact when the air filter is handled, installed, or taken;

5. Carefully observe whether the filter paper is damaged before installation, if there are loopholes, it should not be used;

6. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the equipment should first be lifted, then the failed filter should be removed and replaced with a brand new high-efficiency filter, and the box cover should be returned to its original position after making sure that the sides of the equipment are completely sealed.
