II、Cautions for the cleaning of filtration equipment

1, we must first know that the core component of filtration equipment is the filter element, and the general filter element consists of the outer frame and stainless steel wire mesh, which the stainless steel wire mesh belongs to the perishable parts, and need extra protection;

2, when the equipment runs for a long time, its filter element will precipitate a lot of pollution impurities, this time will increase the pressure of the equipment, the flow rate will also drop, and need timely cleaning to restore its flow rate;

3, when cleaning the impurities in the equipment, pay special attention not to let the stainless steel wire mesh deform or damage, otherwise, the reinstalled cartridge will not be able to achieve the original filtration process, and also affect the operation of other equipment;

4, in the process of use, if the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced promptly, and must not continue to use.
