I. Power switch failure

Usually, there are four places in the air shower room where the power can be cut off: the power switch of the outer box of the air shower room, the control panel of the inner box, the outer box on both sides, where the power switch can cut off the power in an emergency, to effectively protect the personal safety of staff. When the power indicator does not work, do not prevent re-check.

II, air shower room fan does not work

If you encounter an air shower room that does not work, first check whether the emergency switch outside the box of the air shower room is cut off, such as to determine the cut-off, just use your hand to gently press, and rotate to the right to let go.

III. The wind speed of the air shower room is very small

This time be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is reversed, in general, the factory installation of the air shower room manufacturer will have a dedicated electrician to connect the line; if the reverse connection of the line source of the air shower room, the lighter the fan does not work or the wind speed is reduced, the heavier it will burn the entire air shower room circuit board. So we recommend not to lightly replace the wiring, if the product needs to determine to move, please consult the air shower room manufacturers to solve it.

IV, the air shower room does not blow the shower

Timely check whether the emergency stop key inside the air shower room box is pressed, such as the emergency stop key is by the color of the air shower room will not blow shower; need to press the emergency stop key again to resume normal work.

V. Air shower room can not automatically induction

Please check the light-sensing system in the lower right corner of the box in the air shower room to see if the light-sensing device is installed correctly, such light-sensing two sides are relative and the light-sensing normal, then you can automatically induct the blowing shower.

VI, the wind shower room is not used for a long time wind speed is very low

In this case, check whether the primary and high-efficiency filters in the air shower room are too much dust, if so, please replace the filter in time, generally the primary filter in the air shower room needs to be replaced within 1 - 6 months, and the high-efficiency filter needs to be replaced within 6 - 12 months.
