Basic performance requirements of laminar pass box
Laminar pass box has strict performance requirements to ensure its efficient operation in a clean room.The cleanliness requirement is Class B, which means that it can effectively transfer items in places with high environmental requirements such as biological clean areas, while ensuring the cleanliness of the environment.
The design of the inner and outer double-layer shell, the arc treatment on the inner periphery, and the seamless connection not only make the transfer window more beautiful but also effectively prevent the accumulation of dust and pollutants. This design can ensure that the pass box will not cause pollution to the clean room due to gaps during use.
The laminar flow design, the upper delivery and lower return mode, and the specific design at the bottom can make the air flow more uniform and improve the cleaning effect. The bottom adopts a punching design of 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate and is equipped with reinforcing ribs, which not only ensures the stability of the structure but also facilitates the circulation of air.
The filters are primary efficiency G4 and high-efficiency H14, which can effectively filter dust and impurities in the air to ensure the cleanliness of the air inside the pass box. The primary efficiency filter can filter larger particles of dust, and the high-efficiency filter can filter smaller particles to ensure that the air quality meets the requirements.
The wind speed is controlled within a specific range. After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.38 - 0.57m/s (tested at 150mm below the high-efficiency airflow equalizer). This wind speed range ensures that the airflow is neither too strong to cause disturbance of the items nor too weak to affect the clean effect.
It has a pressure difference function with an accuracy of ±5Pa. The pressure difference function can monitor the pressure changes inside the transfer window in real-time to ensure that the pressure difference between the clean room and the non-clean room is stable within a suitable range to prevent the backflow of pollutants.
It has a variety of control functions, such as a fan start/stop button and, a built-in electronic door interlock; a UV lamp is set, and a separate switch is designed. When the two doors are closed, the UV lamp should be in the on state; the lighting lamp is set, and a separate switch is designed. These control functions make the use of the pass box more convenient and safer.
The high-efficiency filter is easy to disassemble and install. When the high-efficiency filter needs to be replaced, it can be disassembled and installed separately from the upper box, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of the filter. This design greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of the pass box.
There is an inspection port at the bottom of the pass box for the inspection of the fan. When the fan fails, it can be quickly repaired through the inspection port to reduce the impact on production.
Noise <65db. During normal operation, the noise of the pass box is low and will not interfere with the working environment.
The high-efficiency airflow plate is a stainless steel mesh plate. The 304 stainless steel mesh plate is used as the high-efficiency airflow plate, which can make the airflow out evenly and improve the cleaning effect. At the same time, the stainless steel mesh plate has the advantages of corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the pass box.
