Cleaning and use of air showers
I. Cleaning tools required for air shower rooms1. Vacuum cleaner for a clean room.
2. Clean paper and dust-free cloth.
3. Deionised water.
4. Alcohol.
5. Mop.
6. Mop bucket.
II. Cleaning requirements of air shower room
1. The indoor wall should use clean room dust-free cloth.
2. Use 90% deionized water and 10% isopropyl alcohol to configure the cleaning agent.
3. Check the rubbish bins in the workshop and the preparation room every day, and clean them in time.
4. A special mop should be used to clean the indoor floor.
5. All doors need to be checked and dried.
6. Vacuum the floor before wiping it down.
7. Vacuum and wipe under the raised floor as well.
8. When cleaning, remember to wipe from top to bottom, from a place far away from the door to the direction of the door.
III. Precautions for the use of the air shower room
1. The dress code and preparation of staff must meet the requirements.
2. No personal belongings can be brought into the room
3. Staff should wear clean room hoods, gloves, rabbit skin suits, and socks, and if there is a broken or contaminated smock or gown should be replaced immediately.
4. Necessary equipment may be covered with plastic film, cotton wool, or other non-dust-generating equipment.
