Combined air filter

The following is a detailed introduction to the combined air filter:
Structure and Principle
Structure: It is usually composed of different functional filtration modules, such as the primary efficiency section, the medium efficiency section, and the high efficiency section. Among them, the primary efficiency section generally adopts G4-grade combined air conditioning filters, such as G4 plate filters; The medium-efficiency section commonly uses F8-grade combined air conditioning filters, such as F8 bag-type medium-efficiency filters. The high-efficiency section adopts a combined high-efficiency air filter, which is mostly composed of multiple filter elements without separators in a V-shaped or W-shaped structure, and is installed in a frame made of powder-coated galvanized steel plate, ABS filter material box, or other materials.
Working principle: Based on technologies such as physical interception, electrostatic adsorption, and chemical adsorption, it achieves highly efficient air purification through a combination of multiple filtration stages. The primary filter mainly intercepts larger particles in the air, such as dust and hair, directly through fibers or filter screens of different densities. The medium-efficiency filter further intercepts smaller particles. High-efficiency filters (HEPA) capture tiny particles with a diameter of ≥0.3μm by means of interception, inertial collision, and diffusion effects through folded glass fiber filter paper.
Features
High filtration efficiency: It can effectively capture various dust particles, bacteria, viruses, and other pollutants in the air. For example, the combined high-efficiency air filter can capture dust particles as small as 0.3 μm, with an efficiency of over 99.99%.
Large dust holding capacity: The special design enables the filter to accommodate more dust and impurities, extending the replacement cycle and reducing maintenance costs. For instance, the V-shaped or W-shaped structure of the combined high-efficiency filter greatly increases the amount of filter material, fully utilizes the entire depth of the filter material, and ensures a larger dust-holding capacity.
Low resistance: While ensuring efficient filtration, it can maintain a relatively low pressure loss, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the fan and saving operating costs.
Sturdy structure: The frame is usually made of metal materials such as galvanized steel plates, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles, or high-strength plastic materials, featuring excellent strength and stability, and can operate normally under harsh environmental conditions.
Easy installation: The modular design makes the installation and replacement of the filter more convenient. Different filter modules can be flexibly combined according to actual needs to meet the requirements of various air purification systems.
Application field
In the industrial field, it is widely applied in industries such as electronic instruments, precision instrument manufacturing, semiconductors, wafers, pharmaceuticals, food processing, cigarettes, and light chemicals. It is used for air purification during the production process to ensure that product quality is not affected by air pollution.
In the medical field, such as hospital operating rooms, wards, laboratories, and other places, it is necessary to strictly control the bacteria and dust particles in the air to prevent cross-infection and provide a clean environment for patients and medical staff.
Commercial buildings: In large and medium-sized public buildings such as cinemas, stadiums, shops, restaurants, hotels, and office buildings, it is used to improve indoor air quality and provide people with a comfortable living and working environment.
Other fields: It can also be applied to places with extremely high requirements for air cleanliness, such as nuclear power plants and aerospace, as well as some special environments that need air purification treatment, such as clean rooms and laboratories.
