Daily operation of bag-in-bag-out filter
(I) Usage methodThe working principle of a bag-in-bag-out filter is to filter pollutants from water and then put the filtered water into another bag to achieve the purpose of purification. When using it specifically, first ensure that the equipment is connected to the exhaust system. In the scenario where filtering is required, let the water or gas to be filtered pass through the bag-in-bag-out filter. According to different filtering requirements, you can choose a suitable combination of filter bags and functional units, such as pre-filters, high-efficiency particle filters, high-efficiency gas adsorption filters, etc., to achieve the best filtering effect.
(II) Precautions
When installing and removing filter bags, the safety of operators needs to be ensured. During the installation and removal of filter bags, choose appropriate tools and avoid using sharp tools directly against the filter bags to prevent the sharp parts from damaging the filter bags. At the same time, you cannot stand directly on the filter bags or step on them with your feet, and you cannot put heavy objects directly on the filter bags to prevent the filter bags from being damaged.
When selecting filter bags, you need to choose suitable filter bags according to the characteristics of the filtered material and the filtering requirements. Different filtering scenarios may require filter bags of different materials, specifications, and pore sizes. For example, when filtering strong acid and alkali substances, you can choose a filter material with strong corrosion resistance; when filtering tiny particles, choose a filter bag with high filtration accuracy. Refer to the performance parameters and use conditions of the filter bag, such as the tolerance of filter bags made of different materials such as polyester (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon (NMO), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to various substances, to ensure that the filter bag can meet the filtration needs.
3. During use, the filter bag needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly to ensure the filtration effect and the normal operation of the equipment. You can refer to the value of the pressure gauge on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter, and determine the time to replace the filter bag according to the pressure difference displayed by the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the filter bag can withstand a pressure difference of about 0.5-1kg/c㎡. When the pressure difference reaches this range, the filter bag should be replaced in time. When cleaning the filter bag, first stop the raw water pump, close the inlet and outlet valves, open the drain valve and exhaust valve, empty the water stored in the filter, and then disassemble the filter for cleaning. The filter bag can be rinsed with water with a certain water pressure, and a little cleaning agent can be added at the same time. The cleaning effect is better with warm water.
4. Carefully study the instruction manual or the operation video provided by the manufacturer, and ask professionals to conduct detailed training before the operation. You can also contact professionals to obtain the replacement video of the bag-in-bag-out filter to ensure that you have a full understanding of the operation process and precautions of the equipment.
5. Before installing and replacing the filter, make sure that the equipment stops running, the power is turned off, and the gas is cut off. On some special occasions, the gas in the filter box needs to be disinfected. Please strictly follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Before installing and replacing the filter, block the airflow into the filter to avoid contaminating the gas and endangering the operator and the indoor environment. The air isolation device uses a closed valve/airtight valve here. Operate strictly by the requirements of the installation manual, including personal protection, disposal of old filters, correct installation of new filters, and commissioning and operation of the equipment. The isolation specifications must be followed throughout the installation process to avoid contamination of personnel.
6. After the replacement is completed, the professional will conduct on-site commissioning, and the equipment can only leave the site after it is operating normally. After the replacement is completed, the equipment must be debugged to ensure that the sealing and filtering effect of the filter meets the requirements. The operator can only leave the site after the equipment is operating normally.
