Daily operation of double-air shower room

I. Daily operation process
(I) Before entering the air shower room
Before entering the double-air shower room, the staff must tidy up their clothes in the non-clean area to avoid carrying loose hair, fibers, or other foreign objects.
Ensure that the surface of the items carried is clean. If necessary, wipe them clean in advance.
(II) Open the air shower door
Press the "open door" button outside the air shower door, and the door will automatically open slowly. It is necessary to observe whether the door opening process is smooth and whether there is any jamming or abnormal sound. If any abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant maintenance personnel.
When the door is fully opened, the personnel enter the air shower room in turn and be careful not to crowd and avoid colliding with the equipment and facilities in the air shower room. After entering, place the items carried with you in the designated location to avoid blocking the air shower nozzle.
(III) Air shower process
After the personnel enter the air shower room, the door will automatically close. At this time, the air shower room's sensing system will automatically start and start blowing. During the showering process, personnel should stand in the specified position of the air shower room, keep their bodies upright, raise their arms slightly, and slowly turn their bodies so that all parts of the body can be fully showered.
The showering time can usually be pre-set on the control panel of the air shower room according to actual needs, generally ranging from 10 to 99 seconds. During the showering period, the staff needs to wait patiently until the showering time is over.
Observe whether the wind speed in the air shower room is normal. Under normal circumstances, the wind speed at the air nozzle outlet should reach more than 25m/s, and the wind speed blowing on the human body should be more than 18m/s. If the wind speed feels significantly reduced, it may be a fan failure or filter blockage, and it is necessary to check after the showering is over.
(IV) Leaving the air shower room
When the showering time is over, the inner door of the air shower room will open automatically. At this time, personnel can walk out of the air shower room and enter the clean area one by one.
After leaving the air shower room, do not turn around and close the door immediately. Wait until the door closes automatically before leaving to ensure the airtightness of the air shower room.
