Aseptic production is now common in the food production industry and the filtration equipment used needs to be carefully designed and selected.

1. The purification system in the aseptic production space consists of two parts, air purification, and air conditioning, one without the other.

2. The so-called air purification system is to remove bacteria and dust from the air sent into the aseptic workshop to meet the needs of production; and air conditioning to cool or heat, dehumidify, or humidify the air temperature.

3. Food production enterprises mostly use centralized air filtration equipment, which is composed of air supply, return, and exhaust systems, which also include different components such as silent air boxes, blowers, air ducts, silencers, and air valves.

4. The air-conditioning equipment used in aseptic production spaces is regulated as follows: 24 - 26°C and 55 - 65% humidity in summer; 18-20°C and 45 - 55% humidity in winter.

5. One of the refrigeration units can choose air-cooled refrigeration units or water-cooled refrigeration units, the equipment includes screw compressor units, water pumps, water towers, circulating water pipes, valves, indicating instruments, etc. The main function is to cool or heat the room.

6. One of the purified air conditioning boxes by the box, fan fresh air inlet, filter, coarse filter, return air outlet, steam heating or electric heating coil, medium-effect filter, air supply, silencer, and other components.

7. Indoor ultraviolet germicidal lamps are also devices that cannot be ignored, and the installation and layout should follow the specifications for implementation.

8. The general design of the production plant is 2 degrees inclined, which is the appropriate angle for the production of sewage and cleaning.
