2. Before the installation of a high-efficiency filter, the clean room must be cleaned and wiped in many aspects to achieve clean requirements, if the high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be cleaned, and wiped in many aspects.



3. After the clean room and purified air conditioning system reach the clean requirements, the purified air conditioning system must be tested and run continuously for more than 12h, and the high-efficiency filter should be installed immediately after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.



4. The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be set aside by the direction of the manufacturer's logo and should be taken lightly during transportation to prevent violent vibration and collision.



5. Before the installation of the high-efficiency filter, the packaging must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged, whether the edge length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements, whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame): whether there is a product certificate of conformity, whether the technical performance meets the design requirements, and then leak detection, which should be installed immediately after the inspection and leak detection, and should be installed according to The resistance size of each filter should be reasonably deployed, for one-way flow, between each filter on the same air outlet or air supply surface, the difference between the rated resistance of each unit and the average resistance of each unit should be less than 5%, and the cleanliness level should be equal to and higher than the high-efficiency filter of class 100 clean room.
