Fan filter unit is consist of handle, fan, HEPA filter, control panel and power line and so on, it is designed with uniform fluid to filter the laminar air and supply the clean air. It adopts high quality material. For example, the cabinet is made of stainless steel, galvalume, or steel with powder coated which is in light weight, corrosion resistance,rust prevention and elegant appearance. It is equipped with a strong overheating protection inside to reduce pressure loss and noise during operation. And the wind speed can be adjusted by gear position with the characteristics of small vibration,stable operation, low noisy and maintenance-free. Fan filter unit can be used by one or installed modularly. Up to 9,000 sets of FFUs can be directly connected in series, and you can customize the energy saving control system to make operation farewell.

A cleanroom fan filter unit (FFU)/ laminar flow hood is a type of air filtering equipment.

It is used to supply purified air to cleanrooms or microenvironments by filtering out harmful airborne particles from the recirculating air.

The units are installed within the system’s ceiling or floor grid.
