Filters Classification in detail

1. High-efficiency filter: this equipment has an efficiency of H12 - U17 or more, with 0.08 - 0.15μm contaminated particles as the test medium, and is suitable for air filtration systems requiring high cleanliness, such as electronics, medicine, and aviation.

2. Sub-high efficiency filter: the efficiency of the equipment is F9 - H11, with 0.3 - 0.5μm pollution particles as the test medium, often used in electronics, medicine, aviation, and other precision filtration systems or clean rooms for use.

3. Medium efficiency filter: This equipment has an efficiency of G4 - F6, with an efficiency of 1 - 5μm pollution particles as the test medium, and can be used as terminal equipment in the production of engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, etc., or as a medium to low-efficiency filter to reduce the cost of using high-efficiency filters.

4. Primary filter: this equipment has an efficiency of G1 - G3, with pollution particles of 5μm or more as the test medium, and is mostly used as terminal equipment in general filtration systems, to protect and extend the life of the high-efficiency filter, and is a low-efficiency filter.

5. Bag filter: as the middle-effect filtering equipment of the whole air filtration system, it is also the front-end protection device of the high-efficiency filter. The equipment uses non-woven fabric composed of ultra-fine fiber and organic synthetic fiber as the filter media, characterized by a large effective filtration area, large dust capacity, low resistance, and large ventilation capacity.

6. Plate filter: applicable to the primary filtration of general filtration systems, can also be used as the protection device of the medium efficiency filter, the equipment uses organic synthetic fibers as the filter media, imported glass fibers as the filter material, and the outer frame is made of aluminum alloy, which can be used repeatedly and the replacement of the filter media is convenient and quick.

7. Box filter: the equipment is mostly used as a high-efficiency filtration device for air filtration systems, using high-strength glass fiber paper after special processing to achieve a high-efficiency depth V-shaped structure, and to ensure the sealing of the frame, with high stability and safety.
