The static pass box is an equipment which is installed in the wall between two rooms at the same cleanliness class in order to transfer cargoes between two clean rooms. It is consist of cabinet, doors, glass, control switch, power line and UV light. It use high quality material, for example, the cabinet is made of high quality steel with powder coated and stainless steel. And the working area is made of sanded stainless steel which is smooth and wearable. It is designed in double door style with automatic interlock to prevent crossing infection between the clean areas at the same cleanliness class, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time.And an LED indicator which is set inside the box can shows us if the door of the static pass box is open or not. As a result of this, contamination can be minimized during transportation, and high pressure can be prevented to leak into the clean room. What is more, the time for operators moving in and out can be reduced a lot in order to prevent any dust coming from the unclean area.
