It is generally installed around the frame of the filter to form a continuous groove. Sealant liquid is a key material for liquid tank sealing, featuring excellent fluidity, viscosity, and chemical stability. It can remain in a liquid or semi-liquid state under certain temperature and humidity conditions, and is not prone to volatilization, drying up, or deterioration. Common types include silicone sealant, etc. The filter frame is used to support and fix the filter material of the filter, and at the same time, it cooperates with the liquid tank to achieve the sealing function.
Working principle: When the high-efficiency filter is installed in the air supply system or purification equipment, the frame of the filter will be embedded in the liquid tank. Due to the fluidity of the sealant liquid, under the action of gravity and surface tension, it will automatically fill the tiny gaps between the filter frame and the liquid tank, forming a complete sealing layer.
