Key points for daily maintenance of double air shower room

(I) Cleaning work
Regularly clean the inner and outer surfaces of the air shower room. You can use a clean soft cloth dipped in an appropriate amount of neutral detergent to gently wipe and remove dust, stains, etc. on the surface. Be careful to avoid using highly corrosive detergents to avoid damaging the surface of the air shower room.
The floor inside the air shower room should be kept clean and dry. If there is water or debris, it should be cleaned in time. Disinfectant water can be used to disinfect the floor regularly to prevent bacteria from growing.
Clean the nozzle of the air shower room to prevent dust from clogging the nozzle and affecting the shower effect. The nozzle can be disassembled, rinsed with clean water, and then reinstalled.
(II) Filter maintenance
Primary filter: The primary filter mainly filters larger particles of dust and impurities, and the dust accumulation on its surface should be checked regularly. In general, when the dust accumulation reaches a certain level, compressed air can be used to blow from the back of the filter to remove the dust on the surface. If there is too much dust to be cleaned by blowing, the primary filter needs to be replaced. It is recommended to check the primary filter every 1-3 months and determine the replacement cycle according to the actual use environment and dust accumulation.
High-efficiency filter: The high-efficiency filter is a key component to ensure the cleanliness of the air shower room, and its filtration efficiency is as high as 99.99%. The high-efficiency filter cannot be cleaned. When its filtration efficiency decreases or its resistance increases, it should be replaced in time. Generally, the state of the high-efficiency filter can be judged by observing the pressure difference gauge of the air shower room. When the pressure difference exceeds the specified value, it indicates that the filter needs to be replaced. The replacement cycle of the high-efficiency filter is generally 1-2 years, and the specific time depends on the use environment and the quality of the filter.
(III) Fan maintenance
Regularly check the operation of the fan, including the speed, sound, vibration, etc. of the fan. Under normal circumstances, the fan should run smoothly without abnormal sounds and violent vibrations. If the fan is found to be running abnormally, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, find the cause, and repair it.
The bearings of the fan need to be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure its normal operation. Generally, lubricating oil is added every 3-6 months, and the specific time can be determined according to the frequency of use of the fan and the working environment.
Keep the fan vents unobstructed to prevent debris from blocking the vents and affecting the fan's heat dissipation and ventilation effects.
(IV) Electrical system maintenance
Regularly check the electrical system of the air shower room, including the control panel, sensors, wires cables, etc. Check whether the indicator lights on the control panel are displayed normally, whether the sensors are sensitive and reliable, and whether the wires and cables are damaged or aged.
If a fault is found in the electrical system, it should be repaired by professional electrical maintenance personnel promptly. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from dismantling and repairing electrical equipment without authorization to avoid electric shock accidents or damage to the equipment.
(V) Sealing inspection
Regularly check the sealing performance of the doors, windows, and other parts of the air shower room. You can use the hand feel or paper strip test method to check whether there is a gap after the door is closed and whether the sealing strip is aged or deformed. If the sealing performance is found to be reduced, the sealing strip should be replaced in time or the position of the door should be adjusted to ensure that the air shower room is well sealed.
Check whether the connection between the air shower room and the surrounding walls or equipment is tightly sealed. If there is a gap, it should be sealed in time to prevent non-clean air from entering the clean area.
The daily operation and maintenance of the double-air shower room is a meticulous and important job, which requires operators and maintenance personnel to strictly follow relevant regulations and requirements. Only by doing a good job in daily operation and maintenance can the purification function of the double-air shower room be fully utilized to provide a clean and safe environment for production operations and ensure that product quality and production efficiency are not affected by dust pollution.
