Air filtration: A vertical laminar flow (i.e., unidirectional flow) airflow organization form is adopted. The indoor air first passes through a primary filter for pre-filtration to remove large dust particles and then goes through a high-efficiency filter for secondary filtration to meet the cleanliness requirements.
Airflow formation: The variable-speed centrifugal fan forces the pre-filtered air from the negative pressure box into the static pressure box, and then passes through the high-efficiency filter. The clean air blown out from the air outlet of the high-efficiency filter passes through the working area at a certain uniform cross-sectional air velocity, carrying away dust particles and microbial particles, thus creating a dust-free and sterile working environment.
Structural characteristics
Material: The vehicle body is usually made entirely of stainless steel 304 or 316L, with a simple and smooth structure that is easy to clean and disinfect. Some parts are also made of an all-steel structure, with the outer surface treated by plastic spraying.
Filtration system: Generally, it is equipped with a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter. Some also install a plate-type medium-efficiency filter at the return air outlet. Some sampling vehicles are also equipped with differential pressure gauges to detect the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter and promptly remind people to replace the high-efficiency filter.
Fan system: Equipped with a large-volume, low-noise imported fan or a variable-speed fan to ensure stable air velocity and compliance with requirements, maintaining a constant air volume even when the final resistance of the high-efficiency filter is reached.
Operation area: Outside the operation area, there is a lifting door or an embedded door that can rise from the side of the cabinet, which not only facilitates operation but also ensures a good sealing effect. The operation box is also equipped with operation gloves, ultraviolet sterilization lamps, lighting lamps, hollowed-out countertops, etc., which facilitate observation, operation disinfection, and sterilization.
Mobile device: Four shock-absorbing universal casters or adjustable feet and universal wheels are installed at the bottom, allowing for smooth and multi-directional movement. It is easy and convenient to move and shift and can be positioned and placed stably and safely.
Performance parameters
Cleanliness level: According to GMP standards, it can generally reach a cleanliness level of 10,000, and the highest can reach 100.
Average wind speed: Usually between 0.25 and 0.6m/s, and some require a wind speed greater than 0.45m/s.
Noise: Generally no more than 58dB (A) or 65dB (A).
Power supply: Most are AC, single-phase 220V/50Hz. Some are also equipped with rechargeable DC power supplies to achieve wireless operation of the small car. The built-in power supply can last for 4 to 6 hours.
Usage method
Movement and fixation: Move the sampling vehicle to the area where sampling is needed and fix it with devices such as brakes.
Connect the power supply: Turn on the power and the fan switch. The fan will start working. Adjust the voltage properly, which is generally 220V.
Pre-operation: After the sampling vehicle has been running for 15 minutes, ensure that the interior environment reaches a stable and clean state.
Place the sampling bucket: Put the sampling bucket into the operation area to carry out the sampling work.
Sampling completion: After the sampling is completed, remove the sampling bucket, turn off the fan and power supply, unplug the power cord, and move the sampling vehicle back to its original position.
Maintenance and upkeep
Regular cleaning: Regularly clean and disinfect the vehicle body surface, operation table surface, etc., remove dust and dirt, and keep the equipment clean.
Wind speed detection: According to the usage conditions, the wind speed in the working area should be measured regularly with an anemometer. If it is found that it does not meet the relevant technical requirements, the air volume of the fan can be adjusted.
Filter replacement: When the differential pressure gauge indicates that the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter reaches a certain value or depending on the usage time and other conditions, the high-efficiency filter and the primary filter should be replaced promptly.
