Structural design

The filter press can rotate freely, facilitating the safe and quick replacement of the filter. Moreover, it can prevent air from leaking through the frame and the knife edge of the box from sliding out of the rubber groove of the filter frame.
Air valve: A butterfly-shaped air valve is installed in the air inlet at the top of the box. On the side of the bottom of the box, there is a rotating valve regulating device. Working principle

Installation Points
Box leakage inspection: Inspect the weld areas around the box shell, especially the joint parts of the box at the air outlet end of the filter. They must be fully welded or treated with glue both inside and outside the joints. Check the sealing cutting edges inside the box. The four edges should be straight and the cutting surfaces should be basically on the same plane. Check the corners where the cutting edges meet. The weld seams should be continuous and ground, and there should be no welding slag, protrusions, pits, etc.
Liquid tank 100-level frame leakage inspection: Inspect the frame splicing parts. The sealing at the joints is the key. Check the overall flatness of the frame. If the joints become loose and the frame deforms after being subjected to force by people or others, it needs to be adjusted again. All the joint sections of the adjusted frame need to be sealed with glue.
Re-inspection of liquid tank filter: Due to the special structural form of the liquid tank filter, it is necessary to conduct an appearance inspection of the process requirements for potting and interface sealing. The on-site installation of the liquid tank filter should be completed in one operation.
