I. Replacement of the medium-efficiency air filter

1. When replacing the equipment, it should be stopped and the working area should be sterilized first.

2. When unpacking, handling, and installing the filter, the filter paper should be protected intact, and direct contact with the filter paper by hand is prohibited.

3. The installation should be carefully checked for brand-new filters to see if there are any holes, etc.

4. When installing the filter, pay attention to whether the arrow mark on the filter is consistent with the direction of the air outlet.

5. Install the equipment with even force and keep the equipment stable to avoid deformation and leakage.

6. After the replacement is completed, a special dust particle counter should be used for leak detection.
 

II. Maintenance of the medium-efficiency air filter

1. Pay attention to the hermeticity, because this equipment is designed with the structure of a positive pressure pollution area surrounded by a negative pressure area, so in use must pay attention to maintain its hermeticity.

2. Basically, every two months the wind speed of the working area should be measured and the supply voltage of the fan should be adjusted if it does not meet the requirements of the technical parameters.

3. When the voltage of the fan in the equipment is adjusted to large, but the wind speed in the working area still cannot reach the technical parameters, the filtering equipment should be replaced in time, and after the replacement, the surrounding sealing should be checked with a special dust particle counter to see if it is good.

4. In general, the fan in the equipment does not require special maintenance, but it is recommended to carry out a regular inspection.
