Material requirements for laminar flow pass box

Laminar flow pass box has strict requirements on materials to ensure their efficient operation and long-term durability in a clean environment.
The inner and outer surfaces and frames are 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plates, with a plate thickness of ≥1.5mm, and the surface is polished, with a finish of not less than RA1.2. The viewing window is tempered glass with a thickness of ≥8mm. Tempered glass has high strength and good transparency, allowing operators to clearly observe the items in the pass box. The rounded corners are made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm and a surface finish of no less than RA1.2 after polishing. The rounded corner design not only makes the pass box more beautiful but also reduces the accumulation of dust and pollutants in the corners and reduces the difficulty of cleaning.
The high-efficiency filter frame is made of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy is light weight and has good corrosion resistance, which is easy to install and maintain. At the same time, the aluminum alloy frame can also ensure the stability of the high-efficiency filter, ensuring that it will not loosen or deform during operation.
The outlet surface flow plate is made of 304 stainless steel mesh plate with a plate thickness of ≥1.0mm and no burrs. The stainless steel mesh plate can make the air flow out evenly and improve the cleaning effect. No burrs require to avoid harm to operators during installation and use and to reduce the adhesion of dust and pollutants.
