Cargo air shower with rolling door adopts advanced infrared sensor automatic door, which can be automatically opened and closed during the entire dust blowing process. It is consist of control panel, nozzles, infrared sensor, pre filter, HEPA filter, PVC automatic rolling door, fan and light and so on. By equipping with sealing brushes on both sides of the door frame, it not only can prevent insects and dust, but also prevent the wind and reduce the noisy. And it is equipped with aggravated gas insulation cloth in the bottom to get better sealing.

Features

1. The material is made of cold-rolled steel plate paint or stainless steel plate, it is full of stainless steel.
2. It operates by automatic control unit , the double doors can be opened or closed automatically by electronic interlock and photoelectric sensor. The entire blowing is fully automated.
3. With a software touch-type time relay, the time for showering is adjustable between  0-99 seconds on display
4. Equipped with both primary filter and HEPA filter, the efficiency is up to 99.99%.
5. Equipped with large winds and low noise fans, the wind speed of the air outlet is above 25m/s.
6. The rolling door has strong performance, without dust accumulation, it is much more efficient, stability, waterproof and easy to clean.
