I. The working principle of clean room

Airflow → primary air treatment → air conditioning → medium air treatment → fan pressurized air supply → purification air supply duct → high-efficiency air supply outlet → clean room → take away dust (bacteria) → return air entrainment → fresh air, primary air treatment. Repeat the above process, you can achieve the purpose of purification.
 

II. Technical parameters of the dust-free purification room

1. Number of air exchanges: 10-15 times/hour for 100,000 level, 15-25 times/hour for 10,000 level, 50-52 times/hour for 1,000 level.

2. Operation table section air speed 0.25-0.35m/s.

3. Pressure difference: main workshop to adjacent clean room ≥ 5Pa, clean room to non-clean area ≥ 10Pa.

4. Relative humidity: 45-65%(RH).

5. Noise: ≤65dB(A).

6. Fresh air supplement: 20% - 30% of the total air supply.

7. illumination: ≥300Lux.
 

III. Structure of clean room

1. The indoor wall and roof materials are made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plate and purification special aluminum oxide profiles.

2. The door of the room adopts a purification closed door, and the window adopts an aluminum alloy glass fixed window.

3. The ground adopts epoxy self-leveling or experienced wear-resistant plastic clean floor.

4. The purification ventilation duct is made of galvanized thin steel plate.
